Should there ever be a problem with a product or if the product does not conform to the specifications supplied on the net, we will fully refund you for the incorrect item or supply a replacement.
Before a replacement product is dispatched, we require that the non-conforming product is returned for examination and investigation of ‘how and why’ it failed.
A return is very serious failing of our quality assurance. We will identify the cause of the problem and provide you with a solution in the shortest possible time.
Returns Policy
If for some reason you have purchased the wrong product we will exchange the item for the correct item (provided that it is still in new condition).
Freight return costs will be your responsibility. A credit note number will be issued, less 20 % of the purchase price of the item you purchased incorrectly.
A new order must then be made online, filling in the credit note number. This will automatically deduct the amount of credit from the new items or item you have chosen.

- Supply your preferred transport company and charging account number - Transport companies refuse to accept goods without an account number to charge the freight to

- Your order will be dispatched from our warehouse in Rockhampton, Queensland, 4701. Australia.
WHAT WE DO:
- We receive your order
- Payment is confirmed
- Your products are packed and dispatched.
- Any notifications of delays will be emailed to you within 2 business days.
- An email will be sent to you, which includes the following details: Tax Invoice; Date of dispatch; Transport Company used; Consignment Number.
- If you do not receive your goods, you must contact the transport company and supply them with your consignment number.
- On receipt of your goods, you must inspect the items carefully to ensure that the items are correct and consistent with the specifications supplied on our website.
- If any of the items are incorrect, email us immediately (within 5 Days from receipt of the product). The information that you provide, will enable us to resolve the matter promptly.
